QuEST Forum – The Institute currently provides the technology support and computer systems for the communications industry's QuEST Forum, where we maintain 10+ years of data on service and product quality in a secure environment for 150+ member companies from across the globe. The system received the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Certification in 2000, and has been certified to TL 9000 and ISO 9001 since 2003. We maintain and keep this public site updated with the most current information.
TL 9000 – In 1998 QuEST Forum developed the TL 9000 quality management system (QMS) to meet the supply chain quality requirements of the global information and communication technologies (ICT) industry. TL 9000 is built on ISO 9001 and the eight quality principles. We maintain all the information on this public website.
QuEST Portal – This application houses worldwide, highly competitive, telecommunications performance data and in January of 2000 was the first system in North America to receive the arduous British Standards Institute, BS 7799 Information Security Certification. BS 7799 is now ISO/IEC 27001. In addition, the system has been certified to TL 9000 and ISO 9001 since January 2003.
E-Plan – We also operate and maintain the E-Plan System that provides information on hazardous materials instantly to first responders. E-Plan is the nation's largest database of chemical and facility hazards data with thousands of facilities and unique chemicals listed. More than 7,000 emergency personnel have been trained as authorized E-Plan users in 45 states and the District of Columbia.
E-Plan Online Tier 2 Submit – This easy to use E-Plan online reporting system allows the users to create a report that they can submit to their state to meet the requirement for filing of (SARA Title III) Tier II Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reports.
