Sending signed mail
- Open a new message
- Click Option tab
- Click Security button
- Click Digitally Sign Message

- Compose and address your message
- Click Send button
- The first time you send an encrypted or signed mail, Outlook 2011 will ask you to confirm that you want to allow access to your certificate. Click Always Allow

- Open a new message
