Fall 2017 International Student Insurance Waiver Period
The waiver period for fall 2017 is July 24, 2017 to August 25, 2017. All documents must be in the system no later than 11:59 p.m. on Agust 25, 2017. If you do not submit a waiver or if your waiver submission is not approved, you will be enrolled in the SHIP automatically.
Student Address Update/Change
If your mailing adress has recentely changed please log into you Galaxy account and update your address. You will also need to contact Academic Health Plans at 1-855-247-7587 or send your updated mailing address to [email protected]
UT SHIP Payment Changes
Students who have purchased UT SHIP will no longer be required to make a payment at the time they receive services at the Student Health Center. Students who have chosen not to purchase UT SHIP will be required to make payment at the time they receive services.
