By choosing providers within this network, your portion of covered medical costs will be 20% after you have met your $300 accumulative annual deductible. The insurance company will then pay 80% of the covered medical expenses. Only Family Practice Physicians and General Practice Physicians may be selected as PCPs. (The insurance company considers Internists as specialists.)
