Student Health Insurance

Create on line account with the UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

Visit www.uhcsr.com and:

1. If you are already enrolled in student health insurance, under Direct Links click the Create Your Online Account Now link.
2. Follow the onscreen prompts.  Please note:  In Step 1, you must choose the email address field to verify your identity.  If you are unsure about the email address the insurance company has on file for you, contact the insurance company (1-800-767-0700) and update their records with the email address you wish to use.   

After creating your account, you may log into Student Insurance Account area and begin to manage your insurance policies online, at your own convenience. Create your account today and access Student Resources online services suite to:

• Print an ID card
• Check Claim Status
• Update Personal Information
• Contact Student Resources with a question or comment
• Look up a Network Provider
• Review Plan Coverage
• Review effective dates and cost
