Comet Cupboard Seeks Food Donations for Students in Need

Comet Cupboard
The Shelf Star Sponsorship Program is again asking UT Dallas departments and student organizations to gather specific donations for the Comet Cupboard, a food pantry initiative dedicated to helping students in need.

Last year, more than 1,000 items were collected through this initiative.

One department and one student organization sign up every month to be Shelf Stars, donating specific items for their themed month. September is for vegetarian soups, October is for canned mixed vegetables, and November is for vegetarian beans. All food and personal care item donations are welcome, however, any time during the semester.

To sign up, call Tabitha Dunklin at ext. 2950 or email [email protected]
