How to Access Student Data from Previous Semesters in WebCT

If you do not see the course and semester you want to access in your Course List or hidden courses list, please contact webct@utdallas.edu. Please include the course number, section, and semester that you need to access.

1. Log into WebCT.
2. Click on the course and semester you want to access.
3. Click on the Teach tab.
4. Click on the Grade Book.
5. Click on the Grade Book Options button on the top right corner of the Grade Book screen.
6. Choose Show Unenrolled Member Data from the list.
7. The student data should be available in the course.
