To add an additional wrinkle to email access, our upgrade to Microsoft Exchange 2010 has affected the digital certificates used by mobile devices. This new version of Exchange requires that anyone accessing the server with a mobile device must re-new the associated digital certificate. Many devices can do this automatically, however Blackberries and some other devices require users to take special steps.
