Add Additional Exchange Mailbox in Outlook

 

The following instructions are for adding an additional Exchange mailbox in Microsoft Outlook mail client.

1. Select Start then Control panel, in Control Panel select Mail

2. In Mail Setup - Outlook select E-mail Account

3. In account settings select your Microsoft Exchange account then select Change

4. In Change account select the More settings button

5. In More settings select the Advanced tab and under Mailboxes select the Add button

6. Here you can add additional exchange mailboxes in your Outlook mail client.  Select OK in all the opened windows to complete the setup.
