Attention Galaxy UsersA recent system upgrade requires some users to clear the cache on their browsers for Galaxy to load properly. Today, browsers cache different types of data in different places, and offer users the option to clear infomration acquired over a specific timeframe. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you completely clear all cache folders of all data. Follow these steps to completely clear your cache in Internet Explorer (instructions for other browsers can be found below, but the steps are essentially the same for all browsers).

Mac users: If you don't see the wrench icon, you can go to the menu bar at the top of your screen and select Chrome > Clear Browsing Data to open the Clear Browsing Data dialog.
