How To: Access your Avaya voicemail

1) To retrieve your voicemail on campus, dial 7000. Off campus, dial 972-883-7000. Follow the prompts to enter your mailbox and/or password if prompted.

2) Once logged in, to get to your new message quickly, press 1 1.

3) If, for some reason a message is long and you wish to go to end and delete it, press 3 3 7. (To just go to the end, press 3 3).

All mailboxes are originally set up with a default password . We strongly advise that you reset this as soon as possible, by using option 4 and then 9 off the main menu.
