Configure Outlook 2011 Mac OSX with UTD Exchange

The following instructions are for accessing the UTD Exchange server with Outlook 2011 for Mac OSX.

1. Open Outlook 2011 and select Outlook > Preferences > Accounts

2. Select Exchange Account

3. Enter in the following information in the fields provided then select Add Account

E-mail address: Your UTD email address

Method: User Name and Password

User name: campus\NetID

Password: Your NetID password

Configure automatically should be checked

4. The Exchange Account details will be displayed for you to review.  You can name your account in the Account description field. You have now successfully setup your UTD Exchange account.
