Set up Microsoft Exchange Email on iPhone and iPhone 3G

1. First, verify that your iPhone software is currently version 2. For instructions on how to check that, please go here.
   
   
2. Go to Home Screen and click tap on the Settings icon… as shown below
   
   
   
3. Tap on the Mail, Contacts, Calendars settings tab… as shown below
    
   
   
4. Tap on the Add Account… settings tab… as shown below
   
   
   
5. Tap on the Microsoft Exchange tab… as shown below
   
   
   
6. Insert your email address, username and password then tap on the Next button… as shown below
   • Note: email address is your UTD email address. Username and password are the credentials used to log into the Galaxy page, or into the UTD email page.
     
     
     
7. The page should refresh and ask for a server. Insert webmail.utdallas.edu then tap on the Next button…as shown below
   
   
   
8. It will ask you what you would like to synchronize with the phone. Make sure that Mail is selected as ON. The other options are at the user’s choice. Tap on Save and you are done.
    
   
   
9. Now you can always check your UTD Exchange email on your phone by selecting the Mail icon from the Home Screen.
