How To...How To... Post to Faculty or Staff Bulletin Board To post to the staff bulletin board, send a message to staff@utdallas.edu.
To post to the faculty bulletin board, send a message to faculty@utdallas.edu. Staff can post to the faculty bulletin board, and vice versa. Most posts go straight through; those that do not will go to a moderator, who can then approve (or deny) the post. Almost any information or announcement that is relevant to working at UTD and of interest to the majority of the intended audience can be sent to the staff and faculty bulletin boards. Examples would include announcements for lectures and other on-campus events, policy change announcements, system downtime announcements, and informing folks about a vehicle whose lights were left on.
