You may report spam to the UTD Postmaster Staff at spam@utdallas.edu. It is very important that you include the full message headers. Those using Outlook can refer to the following instructions for retrieving the message headers:

1. Right-click on the message, select Options in the popup menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the complete contents of the Internet Headers section by using either Ctrl-A or right-clicking in the section and selecting Select All.
   
   
   
   
3. Copy the complete contents of the Internet Headers section to the clipboard by using either Ctrl-C or right-clicking on the highlighted text and selecting Copy; you can then click the Close button to close the Options window if you want.
   
   
   
   
4. Now click the Forward button and prepare the message to be forwarded to the intended recipient. If you are attempting to report spam to the UTD Postmaster Staff, make sure that you are forwarding the message to spam@utdallas.edu.
   
   
   
   
5. Using either Ctrl-V or right-clicking and selecting Paste, paste the contents of the Internet Headers you copied into the top of the forwarded message.Once you are done, click the Send button to finish.
