Microsoft Exchange: What is it?
As an alternative to the Zmail account, UTD also has an Exchange Server, which is Microsoft’s email system. With an Exchange mailbox, you get email, a contacts list, a task list and a calendar.
Reasons to Choose Exchange:
- Huge mailbox quota limits
- Familiar Microsoft interface
- Share Calendar with other Exchange users
- Easy access to Student Bulletin Board
- If you have email forwarding established, you must first discontinue it. For information on how to setup and disable email forwarding, see How To Forward Messages from Zmail.
