Request an Exchange email account

  1. Discontinue mail forwarding in Zmail.

    If you have setup Zmail to forward your messages to an outside account, you will need to discontinue forwarding before reqeusting an Exchange account.

  2. Call, Email, or stop by the Help Desk to request an Exchange account.

  3. Once you Exchange inbox has been created, transfer your existing mail from your Zmail inbox to your Exchange inbox.
