Telecommunications - Voicemail

UTD is migrating from a Nortel Meridian Mail system to an Avaya Modular Messaging system. During the transition, both systems are live but with limited interoperability. Monthly charges are:

Message-taking mailbox - $4

Automated attendant or voice menu pricing depends on the complexity. Call Darlene Johnson for a quote and for scripting assistance.

To reach voice mail on main campus dial ext. 2000 (Meridian Mail) or ext. 7000 (Modular Messaging), or 972-883-2000/7000 from off campus. The Callier Downtown voice mail number is ext. 3180, or 214-905-3180. If you're dialing from your phone, you can enter "#' for the mailbox number.

The system is administered by Darlene Johnson at ext. 4800. Additional notes on using Meridian Mail and Modular Messaging are also avaiable.
