The UTD Office of Judicial Affairs strives for a proactive approach in addressing issues of academic integrity by providing information and resources supportive of high moral principles and standards in scholarship and academic achievement.

The pages referenced have been developed to assist the UTD student with learning about and developing an understanding and appreciation for personal, professional and academic standards of ethical conduct and behavior.

In addition to providing a few comments relating to the importance of maintaining integrity in academic exercises, these pages will provide insight into the affect of acts of scholastic dishonesty on your future, whether committed by you or another student. On occasion University rules or regulations are not readily interpreted for common understanding. For that reason, we've linked to a few (certainly not all) common examples of acts of scholastic dishonesty and proactive avoidance measures you might engage.
