- Attend 5 L.E.A.D. Workshops
- Please see the Student Leadership Programs’ OrgSync Calendar for a listing of L.E.A.D. workshops
- Complete a leadership workshop/telecast reflection for each leadership workshop attended on OrgSync within 10 days.
- Attend 2 leadership events on campus

- Please note: Leadership events are not the same as leadership workshops
- Attend 1 cultural event on campus

- Service Hours: Complete 10 hours of service on campus and document service hours through the OrgSync timesheet feature
(Ex: SUAAB, Student Government, Residential Life, Spring-A-Pooloza, and Senior Send Off) - Track service hours through the President's Volunteer Service Award website
- Join a student organization of your choice
- Create and maintain a co-curricular transcript through OrgSync

Please attend one of the following co-curricular workshops: - Once all requirements are completed, the student will schedule a meeting with the Assistant Director of Student Leadership Programs to discuss their experience and review their co-curricular transcript
Timeframe to complete the exploratory leader certificate: 12 months after 1st workshop
