Friends of Eugene McDermott Library at The University of Texas at Dallas is an advocacy organization that elevates public awareness of and raises funds for Library programs and special events. The organization was created in 2003 to provide opportunities for those interested in reading, books, rare materials, and libraries. Friends include students, faculty members, UTD administration, staff, alumni, and interested community members who support the mission of the Library. All contributions are tax deductible.
Activities for our Friends include invitations to McDermott Library programs, tours, notification of exhibits, and special lectures.
