Contemporary Women's Issues Provides full text access to over 2,245 journals, books, newsletters, and research reports that provide information on a full range of women's issues. Topics covered include pay equity, reproductive issues, violence and exploitation, legal status, and workplace issues. Coverage spans 1992 to the present.
Sociological Abstracts Draws information from an international selection of over 1,800 journals, serials, conference papers, books and dissertations published from 1952 to the present. Subjects include community development, family and social work, group interactions, human biology, religion and science, welfare services, women's studies, social psychology, health, medicine and law, environmental interactions and demography. Social Sciences Citation Index ISI Web of Knowledge (formerly- ISI Web of Science) provides seamless access to three citation indexes: the Science Citation Index, the Social Sciences Citation Index, and the Arts and Humanities Citation Index. These can be searched together or separately. Approximately 8,500 of the most prestigious research journals are indexed with abstracts within the Web of Science. Complete bibliographies are included for each citation allowing for cited reference searching. Social Sciences Citation Index is a multidisciplinary index with searchable author abstracts, covering journals in the social sciences (anthropology, economics, geography, law, political science, psychology and sociology) from 1956 to the present. For many decades Evan's Bibliography served as a cornerstone for research into American history, literature, philosophy, religion, agriculture, witchcraft, and virtually every aspect of American life in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. With Early American Imprints, Series I, every item in Evan's Bibliography has been digitized and is now available online. It contains more than 37,000 publications.
