
Instructions for Books in Print

1. Select records and click Download. |
| 2. Select Standard Download and click Go. |
|
3. Select ASCII and Full Record as the record format and click on Go. |
|
4. Using your browser's Save As function, navigate to the local drive and directory where you want to save the file. Select .BIP Document as the file type. |
| 5. Click Save. |
| 6. Log into RefWorks. |
| 7. Select Reference/Import from the toolbar. |
| 8. Select BooksInPrint as the data source and BooksInPrint (ASCII Full Record) as the database. |
| 9. Browse to find the text file you saved to your computer. |
| 10. Click Import. |

11. Your records should appear in the Last Imported Folder. |
