- Continue the tradition of building a unique sea-worthy vessel made of only duct tape and cardboard for the UT Dallas Cardboard Regatta
- Join in a build for Habitat for Humanity and connect with the local community
- Support local high school students by volunteering at the BEST Robotics competition
- Encourage young female engineers at Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day
- Have the opportunity to spend Spring Break on a road trip to volunteer at cities around the country

- Dine and discuss engineering and computer science related topics in the Food for Thought Program with pre-eminent faculty, such as
- Physics of Nascar author Diandra Leslie-Pelecky, expert on condensed matter physics and nanotechnology
