Step 1:

Download the UTDallas Locator
Click on the link above to download Locator to your Palm OS device. Save the file named UTexasDallas.prc to your computer. Choose a location that's easy to find, such as your Desktop.

Step 2:

Install the UTDallas Locator on your device
Windows users can usually double-click the UTDallas.exe file to launch the Palm Install Tool. Alternatively, open the Install Tool and drag the UTexasDallas.exe file to the Install Tool window. Mac users should open the Palm Desktop, click on HotSync, and select "Install Handheld File". Make sure the User Name shown in the Install Tool is correct and then click Done (or close the Window). Start a HotSync to transfer the file to your handheld.

Step 3:

Begin using the Locator
Click the Locator icon in your Palm application menu to start using the Locator. To get around the tool, use either the toolbar at the bottom of your screen, or the drop-down menu that is available by tapping the triangle in the upper righ of your screen.
