On the plane, everyone is excited about the trip
From May 11, 2003 to May 19, 2003 the Class of 2002 McDermott Scholars experienced the nation's capital. While in D.C., we met with representatives and senators; toured the Capitol, Supreme Court, Smithsonian, and the Library of Congress; we saw performances at the Kennedy Center; and we saw the many monuments and memorials. It was a great trip.
