Asian Heritage Celebration

In honor of National Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the Multicultural Center celebrates the rich diversity of various Asian cultures and communities on campus.

2017 Celebration – Lights Across Asia: An Asian Heritage Celebration

As we become an increasingly technological society, we tend to forget and neglect our ancient cultures and customs. The continent of Asia is home to some of the oldest and most enduring cultures the world has ever known. Every Asian culture either has had or still has a legend, myth, or festival celebrating the sun, moon, stars and light. In order to increase awareness of and across Asia’s vast continent, we present to you “Lights Across Asia: An Asian Heritage Celebration.”
