State Rep. Linda Harper-Brown Shares Knowledge During Visit

UT Dallas welcomed State Rep. Linda Harper-Brown to campus recently for briefings and tours of the University.
The Irving legislator toured the Natural Science and Engineering Research Lab (NSERL) and visited with Dr. Tom Linehan about the University’s Arts and Technology Program.
After lunch with President Daniel and Vice President Amanda Rockow, Harper-Brown served as a guest lecturer for Dr. Greg Thielemann’s government honors course “The Modern Political Economy of Texas.”
As a key member of the House Transportation and Appropriations Committees, Harper-Brown spoke to the students about transportation policy in Texas.
