Former Mercury Editor to Talk About Journalism

Iris Kuo, an Archer Fellow and former editor of the UTD Mercury, will hold a brown bag presentation Tuesday for students, faculty and staff to answer questions about her experiences as a journalist abroad.
The event, hosted by Student Media, is Tuesday, Nov. 18, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Student Union Galaxy Rooms.
Kuo has spent the last year and a half working at the Wall Street Journal Asia Bureau and traveling. While at UT Dallas, she was the editor in chief of the student newspaper, the UTD Mercury.
