Seminar: Advice on Stretching Dollars in Tight Times
Feb. 20, 2009
The Financial Leadership Association will hold a student seminar on a timely topic: managing money in a difficult economy.
The “Dollars and Sense” workshop will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, in Davidson Auditorium (SOM 1.118) in the School of Management building. The Comet Center is co-sponsoring the event.
Guest speaker Luke Lively, chief operating officer of United Central Bank, will offer advice to help students keep track of their money.
The student-run Financial Leadership Association organizes speaking programs and takes part in academic competitions with other universities. A member placed in the Top 10 nationally last in year in a mock trading competition.
This event is free to all students, and free food and drinks will be available.
