The Kenny Barron Trio To Perform
RICHARDSON, Texas (Oct. 17, 2001) - The Kenny Barron Trio, featuring Ray Drummond and Ben Riley, will give a concert Nov. 16 at 8 p.m. in the Conference Center at The University of Texas at Dallas.
A musician for more than five decades, jazz pianist Kenny Barron earned two 2001 Grammy nominations for his CD “Spirit Song” and has worked with such jazz greats as Dizzy Gillespie, James Moody, and Freddie Hubbard.
Tickets for the concert are $20 for general admission and $10 for anyone with a UTD photo identification card.
