Young International Classical Guitarist
Lipnitskaya, who is from Minsk, Belarus, will be featured as part of UTD's Rising Star series as well the UTD Classical Guitar series. She comes to UTD after winning multiple international competitions, including placing first in the 2002 International Guitar Competition in Rust, Austria. In addition to her magnificent technique and great musicality, Natasha boasts a versatile repertoire of works that span from 16th century to contemporary. Tickets for the concert are $10 for general admission and $5 for students. They will be on sale Mondays to Fridays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Art and Performance Office in the Visual Arts Building on the UTD campus and will be available at the door one hour prior to show time. Tickets also are available for purchase by phone during ticket office hours by calling 972-883-2982 and charging with Visa or Mastercard.
