The University of Texas at Dallas is closed for the winter holidays from Friday, Dec. 21, through Tuesday, Jan. 1.

The University reopens for business Wedneday, Jan. 2.  Classes get under way for the start of the spring semester on Monday, Jan. 14. Consult the University academic calendar for details.

Some facilities and services will remain available for use during the inter-session period.  A selected listing appears below:

Dining

• Special hours Jan. 2-14. Details are posted on the full University dining schedule.
• All dining venues will return to regular hours on Monday, Jan. 14

Library

• Special hours from Jan. 2 to 13 (More info)

Activity Center

Special hours Jan. 2-13:

• Mon. - Thurs. 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
• Friday: 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Saturday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Sunday: 12-10 p.m.

Routes 883 and 884 will operate under restricted schedules during the break. See the Parking and Transportation schedule site for details.

The University Police Department will remain open throughout this period.
