Freshman Orientations

For incoming freshman students beginning classes at UTD.

Family Orientations

Family Orientation are orientations that are created specifically for family members of incoming freshman students beginning classes at UTD.

If your student is a transfer, graduate, or international student, you are welcome to attend corresponding orientations, indicate this at the time of registration.

Transfer Student Orientations

Transfer Students to UTD perhaps transferring from another college or university.  Family members are welcome - let us know they are joining you.

Graduate Student Orientations

Graduate Student Orientation are suited for all graduate students new to UTD.  All dates are listed below.

International Students

International Students MUST attend International Student Orientation - these orientations are offered through International Student Services at UTD.  International freshmen beginning classes in the fall are welcome to attend freshmen orientation but will be required to meet with the International Student Services office.

Math Placement Testing

Math placement testing is offered through the Learning Resources Center at UTD.  All questions regarding math placement testing should be directed to that office.  Their phone number is 972-883-6707.
