ABOUT US:

The Neural Interfaces Lab develops materials and devices for stimulation and recording in the central and peripheral nervous systems to treat neurological diseases and sensory deficits. We focus on thin-film fabrication of microelectrode arrays and devices for implantation in neural tissue. The NIL also investigates the electrochemical properties and stability of electrodes and devices in bench-top studies and in animal studies.
