Monday - Friday:  8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Advisors are also available after 5:00 PM on Tuesdays by appointment only. No appointment will be scheduled after 6:00 PM. Please call the number below if you wish to make an appointment. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE A WEEK IN ADVANCE.

If you are wanting to walk-in, please call ahead to be sure your advisor is available.

If you have reached 75 credit hours please see you advisor to complete a 75-hour audit. You must do so to register for the upcoming semesters.

Notice on Advising

Academic advisors are available to assist students in designing an appropriate course of study that will satisfy requirements for graduation.

The advisors are here to guide you through your years spent at UT Dallas, but you are also responsible for knowing all rules and regulations regarding your degree plan.  This website, as well as the UT Dallas website, is intended to help you do that.

It is recommended that all students should meet with their academic advisor at least once per semester to discuss degree requirements, course selection, time management, study skills, difficulties with coursework, career opportunities, and personal problems.
