Calibrated Peer Review
OEE is working with several faculty members who are interested in incorporating Calibrated Peer Review (CPR) into their curriculum. CPR is a web based software that was developed at UCLA to encourage writing within the discipline and the understanding of peer and self review. The project will take shape this summer and will be implemented in the Fall 2008 semester.
Clickers
There are faculty on campus who are interested in determining how to provide more engagement within their large lecture classes. OEE is working with these faculty to determine what the specifications will be and send out an RFP for vendors to apply. We will have the vendors come on campus and demonstrate their clickers and software and a decision will be made to standardize across campus by Fall 2008 semester.
