UTD has recently changed its eLearning support for faculty, staff, and students! For all eLearning issues and requests, please call 1-866-588-3192. This new eLearning user support service is available 24/7 for the convenience of all users.
If the caller has an open ticket you can link to https://sungardhe.service-now.com/ . They will have to have an account in Service-Now to login. Accounts are created when they call the helpdesk for the first time.

TeleCampus
The UT TeleCampus provides free 24/7 help desk support to academic students, faculty members teaching online through the UT TeleCampus, and the UT System campus staff who support them. The Help Desk can provide answers to questions about using UT TeleCampus technology and services, as well as technical support.
