Welcome to the UTD Office of International Education (OIE) webpage!

The OIE team embraces the 2012-13 academic year to meet the expectations of our growing UT Dallas community, whose input into the international education agenda has been fundamental to define and shape our annual strategic plan.

Over the past seven years, seven types of mobility have been defined and consolidated: Study Abroad, Exchange Mobility, Internships, Independent Study, Customized Programs, Research, and Non-Credit Programs. As of Summer 2012, UT Dallas has formalized more than seventy international collaborations with some of the most prestigious universities around the world. 

According to our preliminary data, four hundred and thirty one (431) UT Dallas students pursued international educational programs during the academic year 2011-12. Many of these students obtained support from the UT Dallas International Education Fund Scholarship.

UT Dallas leaders, administrative, and academic units have been essential for shaping the OIE functions during the last six years, helping us to provide accessible, simple, and efficient services to our students. Thank you all!
