Students must satisfy the following conditions for the raffle:


1) Registration of fair attendance with OIE officials.
2) Full time enrollment during the academic years 2008-09 or 2009-10.
3) International educational program must be pursued within the academic year 2008-09
4) Satisfaction of UTD OIE protocol.
5) If one of these conditions is not satisfied, the award will be transferred to the next student in the list of winners (five names).
