James Dockery, JD – Assistant Vice President

James provides leadership and oversight to ensure UT Dallas is compliant, proactive, and responsive to issues involving campus wide compliance programs; equity and Title IX investigations; Affirmative Action Program; diversity and inclusion efforts regarding employment; and related training initiatives. He serves as the university’s Title IX Coordinator and ADA Coordinator.

Anissa Williams – Administrative Assistant II

Anissa manages the general administrative operations for the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance including fiscal and administrative support, marketing and organizational awareness, and project management.

Brandy Davis, JD – Director of Title IX Initiatives

Brandy develops, implements, and monitors university programs and policies promoting and ensuring compliance with Title IX including educational programs and training for students, faculty, and staff. She investigates allegations of discrimination and sexual misconduct including sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, domestic violence, dating violence, and retaliation. Brandy serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator.

Heather Dragoo, JD – Director of Institutional Equity and EEO

Heather develops, implements, and monitors university programs and policies promoting and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university equal opportunity, affirmative action, and nondiscrimination requirements including educational programs and training for faculty, staff, and students. She investigates allegations of discrimination and harassment based on protected status, sexual misconduct, and retaliation. Heather serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator for issues involving faculty or staff.

Adrienne Wilson, M.Ed. – Equity and Compliance Training Coordinator

Adrienne coordinates training initiatives including the development, oversight, monitoring, and administration of online course instruction for the Compliance Training Program and Title IX Training.

Ashley Carter, JD – Equity Investigator

Ashley investigates allegations of discrimination and harassment based on protected status, sexual misconduct, and retaliation.

The EEO Specialist is responsible for assisting with the development, oversight, and monitoring of affirmative action and equal opportunity programs.

Vacant – Director of Compliance

The Director of Compliance is responsible developing compliance training and education programs; designing and implementing compliance risk mitigation plans; monitoring compliance activities against internal and external benchmarks; and participating in investigations of compliance issues.

Vacant – Compliance Assurance Specialist

The Compliance Assurance Specialist is responsible for assisting with the development, oversight, and monitoring of compliance programs.
