GeoClub Wins First Softball Game!

GeoClub played and won its first softball game 11-4 on Tuesday night (March 31st). The Vietnamese Student Alliance had no answer to GeoClub's offensive assault. Scoring six runs in the top of the first inning, GeoClub hit the ground running. Behind the solid pitching of Dan Carlin, and key hits from Jesse Howard (1-2), Lorna Hanko (2-3), Steven Miller (2-2), and Sarah Dunn (2-3), GeoClub had little to worry about. Sevon Geil (1-3) drove Sarah Dunn in for the winning run as the mercy rule came into effect.

GeoClub's second game of the season is Tuesday, April 7th at 10:00pm on the UT Dallas softball fields just south of the Activity Center. Come out and cheer on GeoClub as they take on another undefeated team, the Relics.
