Chess Program

About the Chess Team at UTD

UTD houses a nationally renowned chess team that has won numerous prestigious awards. Scholarships are awarded through various competitions to top performing chess players of all ages. The team consists of various players whose strengths vary from novice to grandmaster. The team meets weekly during the Chess Club Meetings.
