Please register as early as you can. If you register less than one week in advance, we cannot guarantee a room for you. If you do not have all the information ready, please fill in whatever you have, and register again later when you have updates.

Please fill in all the fields that are applicable. Bold fields are mandatory. If you need airport pickup, the flight info is required; if you need temporary housing, gender info is required. Once you submit this form, an email message will be sent to the responsible FACSS officer, and we will do our best to assist you.

If you are a visiting scholar or post-doc researcher arriving outside the time period before a new semester starts, please seek help from your department first, because we only organize volunteers for airport pickup during that period. Beyond that period, it's more dificult to arrange the pickup because there are very few officers on duty.
