Personal observations:
Hot in summer. Not humid. Can't survive out-door for more than 30 min
(kidding). But air conditioning is available indoor everywhere. Warm
in winter. Seldom see snow. Clothing you need: Probably the same as
in Wuhan - Guangzhou.
Yahoo weather has info. No need in bringing in lots of winter clothing.
Besides, school doesn't have dressing code :). Personally felt the summer
lasting from may to late October, midium dry and extremly hot. Winter's
warm.
