Well it
would be nice if everyone who felt like this poor kid could join
but there are some entrance requirements that must be met first. First off
you must be an electrical engineering major, simple enough. Next if you
are a junior you must be in the top 25% of your class. If you
are a senior we try to take it a little easier and you have to be in
the top 33% of your class. I am not sure about the eligibility of
graduate students but I will be finding out rather shortly.
