Topic: Say: "If the whole of mankind and Jinns were to gather together to        produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like thereof, even if      they backed up each other with help and support. [17:88]

 

Summary: We’ll study some of the rhetorical, legislative, scientific, and historical evidences proving that Qur’an is Word of God.

 

A FEW ARGUMENTS:

 

29:48 And thou wast not (able) to recite a Book before this (Book came), nor art thou (able) to transcribe it with thy right hand: In that case, indeed, would the talkers of vanities have doubted.

 

10:37 This Qur'an is not such as can be produced by other than Allah. on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the worlds. 10:38 Or do they say, "He forged it"? say: "Bring then a Sura like unto it, and call (to your aid) anyone you can besides Allah, if it be ye speak the truth!"

          2:23 And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to   Our servant, then produce a Sura like thereunto; and call your witnesses or   helpers (If there are any) besides Allah, if your (doubts) are true.

 

39:23 Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises. Such is the guidance of Allah. He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide.

 

4:82 Do they not consider the Qur'an (with care)? Had it been from other Than Allah, they would surely have found therein Much discrepancy.

 

25:32 Those who reject Faith say: "Why is not the Qur'an revealed to him        all at once? Thus (is it revealed), that We may strengthen thy heart thereby, and We have rehearsed it to thee in slow, well-arranged stages, gradually.

          2:219 They ask thee concerning wine and gambling. Say: "In them is great sin, and some profit, for men; but the sin is greater than the profit."

          4:43 O ye who believe! Approach not prayers with a mind befogged, until ye can          understand all that ye say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity (Except when         traveling on the road), until after washing your whole body.

          5:90 O ye who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, (dedication of) stones,           and     (divination by) arrows, are an abomination,- of Satan's handwork: eschew such   (abomination), that ye may prosper.

 

2:3 Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend (give as livelihood) out of what We have provided for them;

4:58 Allah doth command you to render back your Trusts to those to whom they are due; And when ye judge between man and man, that ye judge with justice: Verily how excellent is the teaching which He giveth you! For Allah is He Who heareth and seeth all things.

 

20:114 High above all is Allah, the King, the Truth! Be not in haste with the Qur'an before its revelation to thee is completed, but say, "O my Lord! advance me in knowledge."

 

30:2 The Roman Empire has been defeated- 30:3 In a land close by; but they, (even) after (this) defeat of theirs, will soon be victorious- 30:4 Within a few years. With Allah is the Decision, in the past and in the Future: on that Day shall the Believers rejoice-

 

48:27 Truly did Allah fulfil the vision for His Messenger. ye shall enter the Sacred Mosque, if Allah wills, with minds secure, heads shaved, hair cut short, and without fear. For He knew what ye knew not, and He granted, besides this, a speedy victory.

 

10:101 Say: "Behold all that is in the heavens and on earth";

          45:13 And He has subjected to you, as from Him, all that is in the          heavens and on earth: Behold, in that are Signs indeed for those who reflect.

 

21:30 Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we split them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?
