Serving UTD Our organization holds group tutoring sessions for various engineering classes including Digital Systems, Electronic Devices, Engineering Mathematics I, Digital Circuits and a few others. Upon scheduling a group session, we will announce the session at the class for which it is intended. Usually, the sessions are held before major tests. Each session lasts approximately two to three hours and includes a classroom style discussion of the various topics covered on the upcoming tests. Two or three members from our organization who are proficient in the subject will prepare slides or other materials from previous experience in the class. If possible, these slides may be available for distribution. Members of our organization have
the privilege of being able to request additional study sessions in various
subjects outside the Prospective Tutors: What
better way to prove to yourself that you completely understand a subject than
to teach it? What better way to learn than to tutor? If you like
helping people understand; if you love sharing what you've learned, become a
part of our team. There's not any monetary reward but the hours are
great. It's also a great way to connect with some of the brightest
engineering students in the university. Come be a tutor...share your
knowledge, and find out truly how well you know what you know. |
