The mission of the Office of Student Success and Assessment (OSSA) is to promote continual improvement of education and research by providing students with a diverse array of academic strategies and collaborating with other UTD Schools and Departments toward enhancing program and unit assessments.
Our offices, classrooms and a multi-purpose computer lab comprise the GEMS Center, centrally located within the UTD Conference Center. Here the OSSA team offers a wide spectrum of services to students, faculty and staff--all aimed at improving outcomes and supporting the University's Vision: To be one of the nation's best public research universities and one of the great universities of the world.

The OSSA and GEMS Center are considerable works-in-progress--experiments in perpetual motion--which require and benefit from the input and interplay of others to accomplish our shared goals and objectives.
