Biographical Information Updates
Keeping your personal information updated in the Galaxy system is important as it ensures that the Payroll department, as well as other departments such as Human Resources, can contact you when necessary.
For name changes, please provide Payroll with a copy of your updated Social Security Card showing your new name. You may send this through email or campus mail, or you may bring a copy to the Payroll office.
All of the following personal information can be updated via the Galaxy Staff Tools menu:
- Home and Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Emergency Contact Information
To update any of this information, please log in to Galaxy. Select the “Personal Information” folder located under Staff Tools. This folder will contain links to your current information and will allow you to update it as needed.
